What is your lead time?

Thanks to our clients’ incredible support, we are always fully-booked for the months of July till December! Our lead time during this peak season is usually 14-21 working days. On regular occasions, from January to June, we can deliver our commitments within 7-14 days. 

Do you accept rush orders?

To accommodate rush orders, we would need to charge a minimal rush fee of 30% to get extra help and finish your order on time. Our lead time for rush orders is 2-3 days.

What material do you use for your notecards?

At The Printshop Ph, we use exceptional paper quality. We use 250-300gsm premium Italian paper in white and off-white paper.

How do I get my items? Can I have it picked up?

You may have your items shipped through preferred couriers such as Grab, GGX, or LBC.

What is your mode of payment? Do you accept credit cards?

We accept payments through credit card, bank transfer, and GCash, whichever payment option is convenient for you.

We guarantee that all your hard-earned money are kept safe and secure, your accounts and personal information are kept confidential, and all transactions adhere to our payment security measures. 

Do you give bulk discounts?

Certainly! However, it would be best to schedule a virtual meeting with us via https://bit.ly/HelloTPSPH, so we can discuss and quote accordingly. It would be fun to talk it over a good free cup of coffee, (don’t worry, coffee is on us via Grab!)

Do you have a physical shop?
